During the afternoon of the 21st December 2008, JESIE held its
annual Christmas
party for all of its Chinese and foreign employees.
Staff from JCT dived into the
Christmas spirit and produced a magnificent
performance of the Time Warp dance.
Congratulations and thank you to all
involved.
A new range of one-to-one TOEFL courses
begin. These courses are tailor-made to
fit individual students' needs and have
proved to be very popular and very effective.
On Friday 28th and Saturday 29th November
2008, JESIE Corporate Training
delivered a two day HR Management for non-HR
Managers course for a group of 20
departmental managers from ARC Glass
(Nanjing). The course was held at the
HuaYin International Hotel in the centre of
Nanjing. One of our head trainers was
flown in from Singapore to conduct this
training. All parties agreed that the course
was a resounding success.
On the 14th November 2008, Paul Riley was
invited to present an IELTS lecture to
students at the PuKou Campus of Nanjing
University. Together with the
Study Abroad Department of JESIE and Bank of
China, Paul
introduced the IELTS and
provided some much sought after study tips
and insider advice to the students.
Harry's English and JESIE Corporate Training
reached an agreement to cooperate on
training courses related to Business English
and Corporate Skills.
On the 17th September 2008, JESIE Corporate
Training signed an agreement with
New Channel to jointly develop and promote
IELTS courses.
Our Intensive, Fundamental Skills and Fast
Track IELTS courses began on the 1st
September 2008 with a new intake of students.
On the 18th August 2008, JESIE Corporate
Training started a 3 month Business
English training course for employees of LG
Chemicals.
On the 8th May 2008, a New IELTS Taster
course opened to the public to provide.
those students enrolled with a taste of the
delivery style and materials we use in our
full-length courses.
On 5th March 2008, a new intake of students
begin the next round of our IELTS.
On 19th February, JESIE Corporate Training
launched its new VIP Coaching service.
This services provides a completely personal,
in-depth and confidential look at each
individuals' specific issues and needs.
Courses are designed and delivered for a wide
range of English language and corporate

JESIE Corporate Training's General Manager,
Ben Newman, played a key role in
JESIE's performance at the annual JPDE Spring
Festival Extravaganza. Dressed up in
a traditional Chinese ferryman costume, Ben
guided his boat around the stage
showing off his precious cargo: a beautifully
and singing Janice Yao (from JESIE).
