those interested in applying to colleges or

The
iBT examines all four language skills that are important for
effective communication and has been designed to emphasize
your ability to use English successfully in academic
settings.
The
iBT is accepted in more than 6,000 education institutions
in over 110 countries world-wide, including the United
Kingdom and Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore,
Japan, South Korea, and the United States and Canada.
The TOEFL was first
administered in 1964 and has since been taken by nearly 20
million students in over 180 countries.
What is the iBT?

Since
its introduction in 2005, the Internet-based TOEFL (iBT)
has replaced both the computer-based TOEFL (CBT)
and the paper-based TOEFL (PBT). The iBT is a new
version of the TEOFL test. |
The creator of the test -
Educational Testing Service (ETS) - had revised the TOEFL to
come up with a more accurate gauge of English skills needed
for academic success. The test now offers an integrated
context and is designed to closely mimic the
higher-education environment. For example, you might read a
passed, listen to a lecture on the same topic, and then
respond to questions verbally and/or in writing.

Complete
(120 hours)
This
course is comprised of the full four language skills and
is designed to start students at an introductory level
and take them to a level where they can successfully sit the
iBT.

Fundamental Skills**
(90 hours)
This is
our most popular course and covers all four language
skills.
iBT
Weekend Intensive**
(80 hours)
This
course covers all four language skills and is designed for
those facing time restraints. The content is the same as
our 90-hour IBT Intensive course, although it is delivered
over a shorter period.

Comprehensive Listening
(60 hours)
This
course is designed to emphasize one of the fundamental
skills of iBT: the integrated listening component.
